Refund policy


Please read below carefully for our policy. 1. Return/Exchanges are accepted with manufacturer damage only (PLEASE CHECK IMMEDIATELY) 2. All Returns/Exchanges, must request an RA. None will be accepted without a company issued RA. 3. All Jazzed Up Boutique will only accept Return/Exchange item within 2 days of the original deliver date that have not been worn, altered, washed ordamaged by the customer (no label change) 4. All sales are NOT subject to a refund. There will be NO exceptions. Exchange or storecredit only 5. No store credit will be issued for items that were received by the customer more than 7 days  30% restocking fee will becharged when items are not original packaging 7. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. 8. We do not hold merchandise over 2days without payments. 9. Store credits are only valid for 3 months from the credit date.
